On June 8, the Government-Sponsored Enterprises Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac published their first Equitable Housing Finance Plans. The purpose of these plans is to reduce racial home ownership gaps. This webinar will break each plan into 10 fundamental themes and explore the details of each. Daniel Janzow and Riley Meve will discuss structural barriers that could prevent the plans from serving their intended purpose. They will also discuss how the Underserved Mortgage Markets Coalition intends to track implementation of the plans and hold the Enterprises accountable for their progress. This session will be interactive, offering participants opportunities to express their views and to ask questions about the Equitable Housing Finance Plans.
